HALO Laser in Denver, CO

Halo Laser Denver

Your
Angelic Skin

For years, you’ve struggled with fine lines, sun damage, or poor skin texture. Thankfully, there’s HALO laser, a new hybrid laser treatment that can address multiple skin concerns in a single treatment, without a long recovery time.

HALO in Denver is readily available at Rejuvenate medical spas, located in Cherry Creek and Golden, Colorado. In the last 20 years, we have helped thousands of men and women get the smoother, more youthful skin they seek with laser skin resurfacing procedures.

How Does HALO Laser Work?

The HALO laser is the world’s first hybrid fractional laser. The HALO system converts ablative and nonablative energy into microbeams that precisely target the skin surface, as well as the mid-layers of the skin. Each microbeam creates tiny, narrow microchannels in the skin. This triggers the skin’s natural healing process to kick in. New, healthy tissue forms in just 1 to 3 months after your first HALO laser treatment, although you’ll see early results starting just 1 to 2 weeks.

Introducing
HALO Laser Skin Resurfacing

HALO is the world’s first hybrid fractional laser skin treatment. With most laser treatments, you must choose between ablative and non-ablative treatments. With HALO, our laser specialists can dial in specific energy parameters to give you the best of both treatments, with less downtime.

Denver Halo laser

HALO Laser and energy skin treatments work well for the following purposes:

  • Smooth wrinkles & fine lines
  • Soften the look of scars
  • Fix an uneven skin tone
  • Improve skin cell turnover
  • Provide a youthful complexion
  • Make acne scars less obvious
  • Improve textured or bumpy skin
  • Reverse photoaging (sun damage)
  • Boost collagen production for firmer, stronger skin
  • Eliminate age spots, dark marks, and pigmentation
  • Reduce the appearance of large pore size
  • Reduce other types of scars, such as chickenpox marks

Your Fractional Laser Aftercare Guidelines

Avoid sun exposure for approximately four weeks after treatment. SPF30+ is recommended, even on cloudy days and while you commute. A little sun won’t undo the results, but you want to avoid prolonged sun exposure to prevent new skin discoloration and sun damage. Sunburn risks are higher immediately after laser treatment since it makes skin temporarily more sensitive. Skin exfoliation products and certain active ingredients such as glycolic acid, retinol, and salicylic acid, etc. should be avoided for several days prior to and after each HALO laser session. Your HALO laser provider at Rejuvenate in Denver will provide detailed aftercare instructions. Please follow all instructions carefully, as it is essential to protect the investment you’ve just made in your skin!

State-of-the-Art Laser Technology

Our laser skincare specialists will go over your treatment options with you to determine a bespoke treatment plan to use whatever technologies are necessary to achieve your desired results. HALO laser in Denver is ideal for patients with mild to moderate skin concerns, such as photodamage, fine lines, scars, textural issues, and discoloration.

We also have a full suite of laser skin rejuvenation treatments at Rejuvenate Med Spa to suit all skin concerns. Some, such as LaseMD and the Starlux IPL Laser, have virtually no downtime. Our top-tier laser and energy treatments include:

What is
the HALO Laser Procedure Like?

Halo laser Treatments take between 30 to 60 minutes to perform. Slight discomfort during the treatment may be reduced with the use of a topical numbing cream by request. Our providers want you to feel comfortable during your laser procedure, so please let us know and we can adjust the laser settings if needed.

Most patients need between one to five sessions to achieve the best results. Sessions are spaced several weeks apart. HALO laser is guided by computers to make sure that the microchannels created by the laser are delivered with pinpoint accuracy. Healthy skin is left between each microchannel. This allows the skin to heal faster and improve collagen production throughout the entire treatment area.

How Long
Does it Take to See Results from HALO Laser?

HALO laser results can be achieved in one to five treatments, depending on your skin quality and the concern you wish to address. Most patients can expect the skin to start looking better just one to two weeks after their first laser treatment. The full process of skin repair takes one to three months. Each treatment makes the skin look better than the last, with results that continue to improve for months after treatment as the collagen created by the process rises to the surface level of the skin.

What Can I Expect After HALO Laser?

Your skin may be red and slightly swollen after 1470/2940 laser treatments. It looks and feels similar to having a sunburn. This should resolve in 3 to 7 days, depending on the depth of your treatment.

What are the Side Effects of the HALO Laser?

Most Denver HALO laser side effects are part of the recovery process. Skin peeling after laser treatment is normal. It may look and feel like a sunburn. Eventually, this gives way to reveal the smoother, brighter, even skin tone that’s been hiding beneath the damaged skin.

If you get your Denver HALO laser treatment at Rejuvenate, you will be working with highly trained aesthetic laser operators who have been certified to operate the HALO laser system. This reduces the risk of any burns from laser skin treatment. That risk is further reduced by the HALO laser system itself, which has an integrated cooling feature to improve your comfort level and safety during the procedure.
